What To Expect
Each yoga class offers you a mindful workout that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Most of the time, you’ll spend practising static postures, known as asana, as well as more dynamic sequences that will strengthen and stretch your body and improve movement in your joints.
We’ll also cover breathing exercises, known as pranayama, and meditation techniques, with each session ending with a guided relaxation.
What To Bring
You don’t need to invest in lots of expensive kit to do yoga. Just wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and bring some water and a mat. A yoga mat is best, but any exercise mat will do. A jumper or blanket will also help you get the most out of the relaxation session at the end so you don’t get chilly when we chill.

General Yoga Classes
All classes are friendly and relaxed, and are suitable for all levels of yoga experience and fitness. Everyone is welcome.
The Paisley class is held on Monday evening 7.45 - 9.00pm in Bishops Court, Paisley.

The Kilmacolm class is held on Monday & Thursday mornings 10.00 -11.00am in Kilmacolm New Community Centre, Kilmacolm, Inverclyde.
Stronger Class
The Stronger Yoga Class is aimed at those looking for something a little more challenging. It is open to everyone and you don’t need any previous yoga experience. However, due to its more challenging nature, a general level of fitness is recommended.
The Stronger Yoga Class is on Monday evenings is in Bishops Court, Paisley from 6.30-7.30pm.
Yoga For Sportspeople
This is a more advanced yoga class, aimed at athletes and anyone looking for a more energetic class to complement their training schedule.
Andy Murray, Manchester City FC and the All Blacks, although unlikely to pop into my classes, are no strangers to the benefits of yoga and how it can improve their overall sporting performance. Join them in using yoga to improve performance as well as reducing and recovering from injuries.
The Yoga for Sportspeople class is on Thursday evenings in Killellan Hall, Houston, from 6.45-7.45pm.

The hall is located at the junction of St James Street and Old Sneddon Street.
The stronger yoga class is held on Monday evenings, 6.30 – 7.30pm.
The general class is held on Monday evenings, 7.45 – 9.00pm.
