I’ve practised yoga for decades and taught it since 2004.
I discovered yoga in my twenties, when I did a lot of sports, and found that it increased my performance, reduced injuries and increased my lung capacity. I was hooked.
Then, in my thirties, I discovered a whole different side to yoga in pregnancy. I found a gentler, calmer practice that calmed my mind, controlled breathing and prepared me for childbirth. Yoga eased my aches throughout pregnancy and, I believe, helped make the births of my children more enjoyable.
I’ve loved seeing the positive, transformative effect yoga can have on myself and my clients. So much so, I was keen to find other ways I could help people be the best versions of themselves. Focussing on the power of a healthy mind, as well as a healthy body, was the next logical step. I’m now fully trained in NLP and Hypnotherapy.
